Hi, everyone out there....I know some of you still read my blog though I've not make any posting for almost 3 months. I'm sure some people
will be pissed and wonder what's the reason for "no posting". It would be a shame if I didn't come here to give you a reason for not making any entries all this while. Well, I guess
while I'm here, I'll give a little update. There's
a reason or a lot of reasons, actually. One is that I can't drive the cab anymore -- at least for another month. Reason....my taxi vocational license had been suspended for three months for traffic offenses. Another reason is I'm plain tired and lazy.......But I'll start driving a cab come this July....It's my livelihood and you'll hear my stories again. Till then GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!
No wonder there's no postings this while...Take care uncle and looking forward to your posts again. I'm a TD too but newbie. ;)
ReplyDeleteThank You for dropping by. Like any other job, if you maintain a positive attitude, you'll love driving a cab and your life. Good Luck in your new vocation. Take Care.
ReplyDeleteHello uncle James, thanks for e updates. Pardon me... was getting worried abt not seeing any new entries from you... especially after reading abt recent cab accidents, etc etc. Anyway, all e best ya n m looking forward to reading yr entries:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your concern for this old man. I really appreciate it. Driving a cab is like a pilot in the air or a captain on the ocean. We put our life on the job. But because it's our livelihood, we have to do it and let fate decide our destiny. Thanks again. Bye
ReplyDeleteHi, welcome back , I enjoy reading your posts, keep it up !
ReplyDeleteToday is my first visit to your blog - appreciate your passion in writing, sharing and cabbying.
ReplyDeleteAs all of us see/ hear/ learn more of realities of life, we have to pick up some sense of humor to overcome the difficult time.
Glad u r ok - take care n God Bless
ReplyDeleteTo all those who have written to express your concern for this old taxi driver, I want to say a big "Thank You" I'll probably be on the road again come this mid-July after I've firm up with a hirer. Till then, you take care and God Bless You All...Bye
